RESTON, VA (September 13, 2007) Learning Tree International (NASDAQ NM: LTRE) today announced the introduction of two new courses designed to assist professionals in acquiring the new Version 3 Foundation Certification of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). The one-day course, entitled ITIL v2-v3 Foundation Certification Bridge, is intended for those individuals who possess the ITIL v2 Foundation Certification and wish to transition their certification to ITIL v3.

Along with helping attendees prepare for the ITIL v3 Foundation Bridging Certification Exam, which will be administered at the end of the day, the course instructor will also provide training in how to:

• Evaluate the new content in ITIL v3 and identify the benefits of ITIL v3 implementation
• Identify the primary differences between ITIL v2 and ITIL v3
• Explain the business objectives for each phase of the ITIL v3 Service Lifecycle
• Assess the main principles and models of ITIL v3 Service Management

The 3-day course, entitled ITIL v3: Achieving Foundation Certification, is intended for those who do not possess the v2 Foundation Certification and are interested in acquiring the v3 Foundation Certification.

Along with helping attendees prepare for the ITIL v3 Foundation Certification Exam, which will be administered on the final day, the course instructor will also provide training in how to:

• Identify opportunities to develop IT processes using ITIL v3
• Interact with IT teams using ITIL terminology and concepts
• Explore the components of Service Management processes
• Recognize the importance of IT and business integration
