This Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) certification and exam prep training course is the follow on course to our 3-day IIBA BABOK Certification course and is a 1-day exam preparation study of fact-based questions. Practice taking CCBA multiple-choice styled questions and review test-taking tips with the guidance of a subject matter expert and get fully prepared for the IIBA exam and achieve CCBA certification.

IIBA® CCBA® Exam Prep and Certification Training — Essential Knowledge Course Information
In this course, you will:
- Confidently prepare to pass the ECBA™, CCBA®, and CBAP® certification exams.
- Describe the knowledge areas and tasks outlined in the IIBA® A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide)
- Apply facts and understanding to questions and business analyst situations
- Answer and review targeted knowledge-area questions with a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- You will receive included access to Learning Tree practice questions for 3 months.
Prerequisites
- You should already have studied the BABOK® Guide version 3 and be able to:
- Name the purpose of every knowledge area and task
- Explain how the knowledge areas interact with one another
- Identify the output created by each knowledge area and task
- Demonstrate how the elements within a task contribute to accomplishing that task
- Explain each technique
- If you have doubt about your knowledge, take Course 3515, IIBA Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) Certification Training, to satisfy the above requirement.
- If you are not attending IIBA Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) Certification Training, you are expected to already have your own copy of the Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide) 3rd Edition. The book is free to IIBA members, and available for purchase from Amazon.
- For continued practice, attendees are given access to an exam prep tool for 90 days.
Certification Information
Attend the follow-on 1-day CBAP Exam Preparation course and get prepared to take the IIBA exam and achieve CBAP certification.
Whether you intend to apply for the ECBATM, CCBA®, or CBAP®, taking all three portions of training is vital to your success. In Course 3516 attendees review test-taking tips with the guidance of a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and learn why an answer is correct or incorrect. In Course 3517 attendees review real BA case studies and answer 20 questions about each, offering an opportunity to analyze, with a SME, the steps to success in various BA job situations.
Attendees practice taking ECBATM and CCBA® multiple-choice styled questions and then review test-taking tips with the guidance of a SME.
The IIBA® Exam is not offered with this course, as attendees need to complete an application process to qualify with IIBA® to sit the exam.
The IIBA® requires some professional development training before sitting the exam (course hours satisfy this requirement):
- Level 1 (ECBATM) and Level 2 (CCBA®) require 21 hours (this course meets the 21-hour requirement)
- Level 3 (CBAP®) requires 35 hours (Courses 3515, 3516, and 3517, together, meet the 35-hour requirement)
