An Introduction to Kanban, this course qualifies for the Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) Certificate from Lean Kanban University (LKU).
This course should be attended by anyone who will be participating in an Agile project using Kanban or determining whether this practice would improve their project management.
There is no exam for this course. Upon your full participation and completion in the course, your instructor will submit your information to LKU who will follow up to grant you your certification.
The following training path qualifies you for the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) Certificate:
Part 1: Kanban System Design (KSD), is a two-day training course for those designing and implementing Kanban in their organization. This course, combined with Course 3652, qualifies for the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) Certificate.
Part 2: Kanban Management Professional Training (KMP-II Certification), is a two-day training course that deepens the skills used in managing the rollout and operation of Kanban systems in a multi-teamed enterprise. This course, combined with Course 3651, qualifies for the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) Certificate.
There are no exams for these courses. Upon your full participation and completion in the courses, your instructor will submit your information to LKU who will follow up to grant you your certification.
